                                                                                               2. DD/CHQ will be name of Kataria Wheelers payable at Surat.
                                                                                               3. Delivery will be given after realization of Cheque.
                                                                                               4. Any refund payment will be given by Account payee Cheque only.
                                                                                               5. 2 set of colour xerox of Residence proof, ID Proof & Licence are compulsory at the time of Booking.
                                                                                               6. Delivery will be given as per rules.
                                                                                               7. Subject to Surat jurisdiction.
